Cancer rates in the Connecticut region are ramping up, and the latest estimates predict that over 21,000 residents will receive a cancer diagnosis this year. Even worse, predictions also point to over 6,500 cancer fatalities in 2018.

Leggett Insurance Agency is leading a campaign to provide critical support to families in the Farmington area who are struggling with a cancer diagnosis or battling another serious illness. “A medical crisis is something that always takes a family by surprise, but we are using a rewards program to help create a safety net that will provide relief and support to people in our area fighting cancer,” said agency CEO Jamie Leggett.
